Building prosperous, resilient economies

Building prosperous, resilient economies

We are now open for applications until 12 (midday) 4 November 2025.

In this programme, we are seeking applications exploring new approaches to foster economic adaptability, inclusivity, and long-term prosperity. You can find out more in this programme brief.

Who should apply?

This programme is for people who are working to build fairer, stronger local economies, particularly in communities that have experienced long-term disadvantage. We’re looking to support individuals who are exploring new ways to make economic life more inclusive, more resilient, and more rooted in local strengths.

We aim to:

  • Support individual changemakers who are committed to strengthening economic resilience in their communities.
  • Encourage the development of models – both in practice and policy – that can be adapted and scaled at regional or national levels.
  • Help address long-term economic challenges by fostering self-sustaining approaches to prosperity.
  • Promote the creation and embedding of economic activity that is inclusive, adaptable, and resilient over the long term.
