November 2023 Fellow's update: Elfan Ap Rees

Elfan Ap Rees (CF 1992) has been appointed Life President and Founder of The Helicopter Museum in Weston super Mare.Previously Elfan served as Chairman of the museum's board of trustees for over 40 years, supervising its development into the world's largest rotorcraft collection.

Elfan has publised articles for the aviation press and in the participation of helicopter sports events as a member of the Helicopter Club of Great Britain. His Fellowship focused on studying the Russian helicopter industry in the early 1990s.
