July 2021 Fellow's update: Herbert Klein

Former Deaf advisor Herbert Klein (CF 2020) has set up a new support group for Deaf people with Gallaudet University and the World Federation of the Deaf. Herbet’s Fellowship will explore how emergency services can be improved for deaf people.
