I am an adviser at the UNDP Global Centre for Technology, Innovation and Sustainable Development.

I have led innovation, digitalisation and smart cities programmes across the UK, sub-Saharan Africa and Asia-Pacific. I have also worked on advising and scaling tech-driven enterprises, including start-ups focusing on secure networks and connectivity, digital identity, and safety and security. I have drafted and led legislation, policy and strategy to rollout smart cities, delivered connectivity programmes (3G, 4G and 5G pilots), and explored Internet-of-Things-related projects. I have also led the development of service delivery initiatives such as chatbots, digital identity projects and digital inclusion programmes. I have worked in local and national government, strategy consulting and international development.

I am also Co-Chair of the Digital Infrastructure Taskforce, part of the World Economic Forum's G20 Working Group on Smart Cities, and a panel member of the Mayor of London's Infrastructure Advisory Panel.
