Senior occupational therapist at the Royal Marsden Hospital Tamsin Longley (CF 2018) spoke at the Head and Neck Cancer Conference, hosted by The Swallows in Torquay. Her talk was entitled 'Look Beyond Head and Neck Cancer' and focused on new perspective and insights in managing this type of cancer.

Health Protection and Screening Nurse Specialist, Isabell MacInnes (CF 2018) has just had an article published in the Nursing Times on the impact of Lyme Disease. For her Fellowship project to raise prevent Lyme disease by raising public awareness and engaging agency support, Isabell travelled to USA, Canada and France to meet with experts in the field of ticks and Lyme disease.

Fellows' updates February 2023 Fellow's update: Tamsin Longley
Occupational therapist Tamsin Longley (CF 2018) attended the International Cancer and Cognition Taskforce Conference in San Diego,where she was able to present a research poster on the Emerging from the Haze programme that she and colleagues are delivering at the Marsden Hospital. They are now exploring the feasibility of piloting the programme to be available to other NHS hospitals.
