November 2022 Fellow's update: Tamsin Longley

Occupational therapist Tamsin Longley (CF 2018) has been interviewed on the BBC, and in the Telegraph and on Shine Cancer Support podcast, about a pilot project she has been leading at the Royal Marsden Hospital. The project is called Emerging from the Haze and offers cognitive rehabilitation for cancer patients. It is the first of its kind in the UK, based on a US model that Tamsin that witnessed on her Fellowship. Twelve groups have successfully completed the course since April 2021.

November 2022 Fellow's update: Julie Stokes

Charity founder Julie Stokes (CF 1992) was interviewed about her 30-year career supporting bereaved children, in a webinar hosted by the Child Bereavement Network as part of Children’s Grief Awareness Week on 22 November. Julie founded leading children’s charity Winston’s Wish as a result of her Fellowship, and last year published a book aimed at bereaved children called You Will Be Okay.
