Clare Holdsworth (CF 2025) presented findings from her Fellowship at an event hosted by Coram Voice, bringing together representatives from the Department for Education, Ofsted, local authorities, and other organisations.
Drawing on research with 35 organisations in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, she explored how care-experienced young people can be supported into high-quality, psychologically safe, paid roles that enable them to influence services and create employment opportunities.
