Her talk, “Reading with Care: The Human Stories Behind the Headlines,” explored how we can be more considerate news consumers and uncover the people and experiences behind media narratives.
Drawing on her background in journalism and her Churchill Fellowship, she encouraged audiences to read with empathy and think critically about the stories they consume.
