Jeff O’Loughlin (CF 2025) presented his Churchill Fellowship research at the Palliative Care Congress in Brighton, exploring a stage-based framework for psychosocial support in assisted dying in the UK.
He has also awarded the Allied Health Professional Abstract Prize for his presentation, which examined the role of psychosocial care for patients and families navigating assisted dying pathways.

The award recognises outstanding contributions to public life and the community made after the age of 70.
