Since receiving Activate Funding to tailor her career mentoring model The Career Equation, Erica Sosna (CF 2012), Founder of Career Matters, has been running many free live sessions for teachers and youth workers in how to use The Career Equation to start career conversations.
Erica also recently spoken to students at Coventry University about how to decide on and shape their future careers after university and 2,000 MBA graduates on the Microsoft Aspire Graduate Scheme about what criteria they need to consider when making key career decisions.
