Dr Erica McInnis (CF 2016) recently spoke at TEDxTrafford.
Her talk, titled African Psychology: Going Beyond the Psychology that Enslaved Us, challenged dominant Western psychological frameworks and called for a shift towards African-centred psychology rooted in culture, collective identity, spirituality, and lived experience.
