Connecting old and young
By Lorraine George,
Jenny Tillotson (CF 2013) contributed a chapter to The Routledge Companion to Health Humanities, exploring sensory design and smart textiles in relation to health humanities.
The chapter focuses on a wearable biofeedback intervention—eScent—designed to respond to emotional triggers by delivering localized “scent bubbles.” This approach is informed by Jenny’s lived experience of bipolar affective disorder and builds on arts and humanities projects, leading to transformative wearable technology.
The full chapter can be read here.
