December 2025 Fellows' update: Chiedza Ikpeh

Dr Chiedza Ikpeh (CF 2025) appeared on BBC Radio Merseyside in conversation with Ngunan Adamu to discuss her Churchill Fellowship research and wider work on education, wellbeing, and equity.

She spoke about the importance of centring teacher voice, particularly the lived experiences of marginalised educators, and reflected on how her Fellowship learning in Ghana is shaping her broader research interests towards collectivist approaches to educational change and impact.

December 2025 Fellows' Update: Arlene Holmes-Henderson

Arlene Holmes-Henderson (CF 2013) has joined a government project exploring the key factors that influence and shape the future of childhood in the UK. The Future of Childhood and Adolescence project will examine the societal, environmental and technological shifts that impact children and teenagers. Arlene is the first Humanities Scholar Humanities scholar to be seconded into UK Government as an Expert Fellow.
