Dr Chiedza Ikpeh (CF 2025) appeared on BBC Radio Merseyside in conversation with Ngunan Adamu to discuss her Churchill Fellowship research and wider work on education, wellbeing, and equity.
She spoke about the importance of centring teacher voice, particularly the lived experiences of marginalised educators, and reflected on how her Fellowship learning in Ghana is shaping her broader research interests towards collectivist approaches to educational change and impact.
