The Music Man Project returned to the Royal Albert Hall on 8 April for a ground-breaking performance featuring multi-platinum recording artist Michael Ball and The Band of His Majesty’s Royal Marines.
At the end of the performance, Disability Campaigner and Founder and CEO of the Music Man Project, David Stanley (CF 2019), was presented with a prestigious Point of Light Award.
Through her work with Darlington Assistance for Refugees (DAR), Alison Holland (CF 2017) has developed an Orientation Programme to help young refugees and asylum seekers transition into UK schools, inspired by her Fellowship in Sweden.

Since receiving Activate Funding for her career mentoring model, The Career Equation, Erica Sosna (CF 2012), Founder of Career Matters, has hosted many free live sessions for teachers and youth workers on initiating career conversations. She also recently addressed students at Coventry University and graduates on the Microsoft Aspire Graduate Scheme regarding career decision-making.
